You are just about to be engaged. Why is infertility an issue now. Is it that your condition is that you will only marry once your to be does an infertility test. That is not right. You should simply move on with your life. this is the time to be thinking about a fresh start and a new life. not about infertility. That can come up when you have been trying for quite some time and are not able to have a child. However, in most cases, that never happens and everything is normal only.

"Dear, I do not believe that the no. of infertility cases r higher. They have been the same as always. However, due to advancements in technology and media, u are better informed about them now. A few of the factors which lead to their rise may be –
- Couples rushing off 4 treatment when they do not have kids right away.
- Higher levels of pollution.
- Delaying marriage in order to jump start careers.
