Mint is used in basic cooking processes. Toothpastes contain mint. No way it causes infertility. Half the Indians would be infertile otherwise.
There are a number of people who luv to eat mint and some do so on a daily basis. In fact, in some homes mint is used as a mouth freshener after every meal. It is a common notion that mint leads to infertility. However, there is no scientific proof to suggest the same. i love eating mint as well. Even though I do not eat it daily, I eat it quite frequently. I would suggest that you eat mint without any tensions about infertility. However, you might wanna control your intake of mint as it might not cause infertility, but too much of it will definitely cause other problems for you. Take care and best of luck.
Not at all. Mint is no where in the picture. It does not even lead to a lower sperm count. Stuff like tobacco, radiation and illicit drugs lead to it. but definately not mint.
I am totally in favour of not eating mint. I do not know if it causes infertility or not (I think it absolutely does not). But I do know this for a fact that eating too much of mint is quite harmful for your body. My son used to eat a lot of mint as well due to which he faced major stomach issues later on in his life. he did not face any infertility issues though and is happily married and has a daughter.
Not true. I love mint and have had a lot of it. I have 2 kids now.
I once heard that mint has some spermacidal action when used outside the body.
